SHIPPING & RETURNS
Receiving a Shipment
Our delivery partners will verify the receiver's ID for age confirmation (21 or older) and require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available, two more delivery attempts will be made before your order is held at the distribution center. Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes due to state law requiring an adult signature.
Shipping Options and Rates
Orders placed before 8 a.m. local time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders after 8 a.m. will ship the next business day, with orders after 8 a.m. Friday shipping the following Monday. Express shipments count business days only, starting the following Monday if shipped on Friday.
Shipments outside of Thailand will incur additional local duties and taxes.
Shipping will vary depending on the contents of your order as well as destination.
Re-deliveries

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse after multiple delivery attempts, a redelivery fee will apply: the lesser of 25% of the total cost or $50 per bottle. This includes undamaged returns.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our commitment to customer care extends to our return and exchange policy. We strive to communicate openly and transparently, ensuring that our customers feel secure and reassured when shopping with Luxe Cellar Thailand.
Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on wine products due to federal and state alcohol laws. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defected or damaged and must be claimed through the shipping carrier.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Cancelations before shipment will result in a 25% restocking fee of product cost.
If you choose to receive a refund instead of a redelivery after an item has been returned by the shipping carrier, the cost of return shipping and packaging will be deducted from your refund, at a deduction of 50% of item cost per item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luxecellarthailand.com
